Each year, the Waverley leaves its home in Scotland and runs tours around the coast of the UK and in our larger rivers.
Those of you who’ve made the interesting cruise down the Thames on this vessel will already be familiar with how lovely it is to travel on this Victorian-style masterpiece – though it’s actually a post-war construction.
As we’ve done the Thames more than once, we’ve elected to run a trip along the South Coast, but as Waverley don’t release dates until March or April, we don’t book the hotel just yet. The trip will take place in early September, so we thought we’d perk your interest here.
Depending on the tides we will have the option of one of the following:
• to sail around the Isle of Wight
• to sail along the Jurassic Coast including Durdle Door
• Cruise Southampton Water, the Needles and view Freshwater Bay.
This will be a popular trip and we strongly encourage you to register your interest with us to receive priority booking when availability is released.
