How to book a trip with Pennywood Tours
If you’d like to speak to a real person then we’re very happy to carry out bookings for you by telephone; but if you’d rather use our simple website booking system, the notes below may help.
It’s likely you may have seen one of our brochures and the prices there differ from our website.
You’ll need to use a Promotion Code to get the prices in the brochure and this is found underneath the picture at the top of the front page. (This code also tells us where you are coming from.)
New customers will need to Sign Up so we have your details for the invoice. To do this, click ‘Sign Up’ on the top, right of the page. Please make a note of your USER NAME and PASSWORD so you can access your account again in the future.
You can choose the centre you wish to travel from when you click on Tour Listings, which is near the top of the page, underneath Gardens and More. (See below)
When you have found a trip that interests you, click VIEW DETAILS.
On the right of the next page, you’ll be able to select the number of people you wish to book for. If you’re booking a holiday, you’ll be asked for the number of rooms you want first and then the numbers of people per room.
On the following page you will be asked the names of the travellers and, to the right of this, you will see a box with the words Promotion Code. Enter the code for the centre you wish to travel from, and press Apply. This will calculate the price you have seen in the brochure.
For holidays, you may have the option to pay in 3 stages underneath, and if you click this it will adjust the payment down to one third of the full price.
After completing the Billing details, if there is anything you’d like to tell us such as dietary requirements, about your mobility or vision, or if there are others on the coach you’d like to sit near etc. please complete the Notes section.
On the next page, you’ll need to click that you’ve read our Terms of Service and Privacy Statement, which are on the website, but for holidays we will send these to you again by post.
Click the CREDIT CARD box for all types of card, including debit cards. We do not accept American Express.
You can then enter your card details and pay.
An email will be sent to you within a few minutes confirming you have booked, along with another which contains your invoice and payment. These emails may arrive in your Junk email folder so please check there.
