During the darkest hours of WWII at a time when defeat seemed possible, a small but growing band of very clever people were installed at Bletchley Park. Their mission was to break German codes so we could see into the heart of enemy operations and turn the tables on them. This remarkable museum explains the story of the breaking of the Enigma code and the less well-known Lorenz code (referred to as Ultra) and the evolution of the world’s first computers. A truly fascinating day out.
We should return between 4:30pm & 5:30pm
